I recall a premade hamburger product that I thought used to be called Clark's. The commercial was a firehouse setting and the cook had to get the guys something made in a hurry and he would always pull these out. Anyone remember these and if I have the name right? Do they still make them?

I've never heard of them. Were they frozen patties?

Yes they were frozen and they were not round. More rectangle but not straight edges. I believe the package was clear plastic twist tied at the top. This was circa late '70's early 80's to the best of my memory.
