Mark, I just wanted to thank you again for the opportunity to express my thoughts on your forum. I have shared the link with some of my family and they got a real kick out of it ! I am sure there are a number of folks in the Kentuckiana area who would make great subjects for future interviews!

Just in case I need some street Q cred, here's the porker we corralled and turned into a great party. 250 lbs on the hoof. I love Brisket too. If you need help holding up the Ox, you know how to get me. Gonna miss Henderson. Crappy planning on my part, I'll be eating seafood instead.
