Would anyone have any idea how to cook these delicious rolls. Since I've ate there plenty of times I know they are covered in real butter and finely chopped garlic. Would like to know how to make these really light and airy rolls. I am going to attempt to put a pic on here or the link so you can see what they look like. Ok tried to attach the pic but wouldn't let me so here is the link. http://pinterest.com/pin/259379259759094805/

CCinNJ While our traditional garlic knots are made with pizza dough ...I'd say by looking at the picture it is a dinner roll not left to bake too long. http://www.rhodesbread.co...bile/products/view/828 I've had pretty good success using Rhodes Frozen Dough to make various stuff like Monkey Bread and different braided things.

I don't know what Rhodes would look like if it was baked a few shade below a tan. Those rolls have a curious texture. They look like they collapse. I don't know if it could be something like a steamed bun finished for a minute....for color. It's a chain that goes back 30 years...with locations in a few States. No mention about recipes except for one person that said he had it... and the bidding starts at $1000. Seriously. People either love them or mention they are underdone.
