Puerto Rico "Road Trip"

I'll be in Puerto Rico in a few weeks and will be traveling between Fajardo in the Northeast to Rincon in the Southwest. The route is pretty much PR-3 to PR-22 to PR-2 but the island isn't too big for detours from that route. I am pretty familiar with the Luquillo area already and have been to the Lechoneras in Guavate but have not yet been to the Aquadilla or Rincon areas so I woudl love some ideas on where to eat there especially. I will also be going to the Pinones area (just East of San Juan and would love to hear some ideas on what the best restaurants are there. No need for fine dining experiences with me...I'm more of the outdoor shack or even food truck type of guy.
BTW. You all helped me on a recent BBQ excursion from Kansas City, through Memphis, New Orleans and Texas which turned out great. Thanks.
