Quadruple Bypass Challenge

This afternoon I am on a road trip to Simpsonville,S.C. to take on the aptly named Quadruple Bypass Challenge.Its a quadruple stacked burger with cheese,chili,bacon and fried eggs between four grilled cheese sandwiches.Comes with fries and slaw.Family is going to watch.A friend who I actually think can eat this monster is going to try it to.Wish me luck.

Wait... stop.  Let me send you some Lipitor.

And some Maalox.  Or you could swallow some kitty litter afterward to help soak up all the grease.

at what joint does this heart attack take place?

Putting aside the calorie count and cholesterol on that bad boy, how much is a gut buster like that priced at?

Wish i could post pics we took,havent figured that out.The cost was $27.00,and it was kind of misleading.Instead of four burgers ala quadruple stacked,there was nine freakin burgers on the thing.It wasnt stacked like a normal burger but on its side with a huge knife through the thing holding it together.About a pound of fries and a big helping of slaw.I knew right away there was no way I could eat the whole thing.Hell nobody could.My friend goes about 350 and he started off great,but hit a wall about halfway through.Your given an hour to finish it off,but they could have gave me two days and I still wouldnt have it done.Asked why it came with 9 patties instead of four like they advertised and really didnt get a straight answer.Told them they needed to rename it Double Quadruple +1 Bypass burger.

Oh, please.  No one is going to have a heart attack from eating one meal, unless he was dreadfully ill to begin with.

Those are great photos. Byron stated earlier that the restaurant couldn't give him a straight answer as to why there was so much food included. You would not get that much food for $27 in NYC. I am going to throw out this possibility. After the restaurant management/staff gets to "look over" the contestants, they adjust the amount of food they provide. Would they give the same amount of food to a 96-pound elderely grandmother?

The prize for eating it all in one hour was that it was free,you recieve $50 in Mojo Bucks and your picture on the wall of fame.Sadly there is no wall of fame,cause no one could eat this in an hour.

It looks delicious...but I think I'll live vicariously through you.
