Our DQ stopped serving the butterscotch dip cones (what a bummer) as it was one of my fav. The one here makes great chicken tenders, very meaty and crunchy on the outside but their honey mustard sauce stinks. Their slaw dog is OK but the hamburgers suck. They have a drive-thru and it good for when I have the grandkids and they like the small chocolate dip cones.

quote:Originally posted by jman I learned something about DQ last week. I'm preparing to buy some shares of Berkshire Hathaway and I discovered that DQ is one of their subsidiaries. I guess Warren Buffet loves those blizzards. One share of BRKA is $140,000...or 70,000 Blizzards

I was recently in Port Charlotte, Fla and tried a DQ burger. My first ever. DQ burger got my attention but that wasn't the end of my thoughts( what am I missing?), so ! I tried a hot dog also. Both were the worst I have ever had from a fast food outlet. I couldn't believe it. They were micro zapped. Buns soggy, meat burn your mouth hot(but cooled fast) even the pickles were microwaved hot. Like yuck! But I was hungry, so endured. But never again.
