Question about registering a newly built mobile kitchen

I'm a newbie to the food concession business and need some help. I will be ordering one from a concession trailer builder out of state and not sure what to do. Anyone know what I need to do to get a mobile kitchen registered, titled & tagged in NC? Thanks ahead for any and all help.

Take it to the DMV with its paperwork and proof of insurance.
