RF meet-up at Carnegie Deli in New York City THREAD BUMP! New date Sunday 11/14/10!!!!!!!!

End of June might work for us, tons of family stuff coming up on the calendar. Keep us posted on what's decided and we'd love to come if the schedule allows.

The only dates that you're available that work for me are the weekend of July 17th and 18th.   And even those are just a maybe.

Thanks for bringing this up again Billy! The November 14 or 21 dates would work for me. I'd really like to do this. Been a long time my donut lovin' friend!

Can you push it back to next May?

The only date you have listed that works for me would be 11/13.  Possibly 10/17 but I'd rather not do it on a Football Sunday.

I actually have  a fundraiser Bus Trip going to Pocono Downs Casino  that day from Orange County NY that a few roadfooders had voiced interest in a meet there .  So I will be there , check another thread in this section if interested

Here is what I was thinking in terms of the itinerary:

 
 I figure we could meet-up at Murray's at 10:00am and then make our way from there. 
 
The Donut Pub is a short walk from there. 
 
We can do lunch at 12:00 noon at the Carnegie Deli.  It's in Midtown and a long walk away.  We can take the subway or walk if people are up for it.  I'm good either way. 
 
If there are any sightseeing/points of interest along the way, I'll try to point them out as we go.
 
I'll also try to incorporate some pictures of most of these places and their signature foods in this update before the meet-up!

GGEEEZZZZZZ  in Feb it was a plan, if it happens now it will be by accident.  I'm happy I had my Pastrami fix at the Carnegie in Vegas, don't forget to order extra rye bread its an old Ellen trick..............BillyB
