I already have dinner plans at a Roadfood location that I've been waiting to go to for a long time.  The Place in Guilford.

Have a great time!

It looks like our numbers are dwindling for June 19th, so I'd like to propose some more dates and see if we can get a group together.

Sat 6/26- most people said they are not available
Sun 6/27- most people said they are not available

Being that this is a holiday weekend, I won't even ask!
Sat 7/03
Sun 7/04

I'll be out of town this weekend
Sat 7/10
Sun 7/11

Sat 7/17-works for me
Sun 7/18-works for me

Sat 7/24- not available this day
Sun 7/25-works for me

Sat 7/31-now no longer works for me-I'll be at a wedding on Long Island on 7/30 and may have to stay overnight. Sorry.  :(
Sun 8/01-works for me

The only dates that you're available that work for me are the weekend of July 17th and 18th.   And even those are just a maybe.

Hopefully you get a good group together for that weekend and I can make it!

Thanks for bringing this up again Billy! The November 14 or 21 dates would work for me. I'd really like to do this. Been a long time my donut lovin' friend!

The only date you have listed that works for me would be 11/13.  Possibly 10/17 but I'd rather not do it on a Football Sunday.

Re:Possible meet-up at Carnegie Deli in New York City? 2010/10/26 11:13:46 (permalink)
Here is what I was thinking in terms of the itinerary:

I figure we could meet-up at Murray's at 10:00am and then make our way from there.

The Donut Pub is a short walk from there.

We can do lunch at 12:00 noon at the Carnegie Deli.  It's in Midtown and a long walk away.  We can take the subway or walk if people are up for it.  I'm good either way.

If there are any sightseeing/points of interest along the way, I'll try to point them out as we go.

I'll also try to incorporate some pictures of most of these places and their signature foods in this update before the meet-up!

Let me know if you can make it and if you need my cell number.  See you soon!!

WHAT YOU MIGHT WANT TO BRING:  Cash, comfortable shoes, bottled water.

PARKING:  Not having been a car owner in many years, I can't speak to the availability of parking near any of these shops.  The subway might be the best way to go.

Hello all ,
Looks like you have a great plan , been to a few of these stops in the past , you should not be disapointed .
Have fun and if the date changed let me know , a few of us roadfooders will be at Pocono Downs for another mini meet , two in one day !!
We will have to coordinate a conference call between both groups (:

If anyone is driving through CT on the way back, I'd love a trunk load of dumplings dropped off in Middletown.
