I remember when she was in Life Magazine with pics from her Cleopatra role, my father cut out the pictures and trashed them, too racey. Lord she was beautiful, what a life she led! May she rest in peace.

No disrespect intended but the National Enquirer is going to be hurting. They've run a "Liz is dying" article about once a month for the last 10 years.

My first wife looked identical to her.  Unfortunately that beauty clouded my judgement.  Our marrige lasted four months.  I found out that she could not balance a check.  The entire thing was my fault because a lack of judgement.  Youth does a weird thing for your judgement.

Paul---balancing a checkbook should not be a concern when it comes to beautiful women.  They have other attributes that balance the account.

Overrated.  Famous for marrying lots of people.  She was like the female George Hamilton.

She was really popular in Taiwan when I worked there for a few months in the mid-1970's.  They played her old movies in TV all the time.  Maybe it was her hair they liked, I never figured out exactly why they liked her so much.

I like her as an actress, when my mother was young she was told she looked like Liz Taylor.  I have been told that my eyes are similar to hers, although mine are blue/grey. Must be that I have dark brown hair and fair skin to go with my light eyes--I have also been told more than a few times in my 20s  that  I looked like Stockard Channing when she was in Grease, and Delta Burke when I was in my 30s.

Liz could act. And she was beautiful. And she's been a major tabloid figure my whole life. RiP.
