                Lucky for me my son lives in Austin. So when I visit him, we always head out to those two great bastions of BBQ in central Texas, Luling and Lockhart.
                We just can't get enough of that great BBQ. By the way, the BBQ beans at Smitty's are the best in the whole world!

                  x2 on the prime rib! It does look great. So much so I bought a 5lb hunk at Costco tonight. Gonna do it up on the BBQ for Friday night dinner.

                    I'm gonna do some on my George Foreman here in NYC, yeah sure... I don't miss outdoor grilling at all...who needs it, right?? Cue to the sobs of despair wracking my barbecue deprived body! Oh we'll meet again grill, one day yes, we'll meet again!

                      Sorry folks...come to Lexington, NC for BBQ. Texas is a very distant second to NC for BBQ.

                        They have BBQ in NC? I just thought they spilled ketchup in the loosemeat! Funny, they must have spilled vinegar at that other place...
