Reno Burger

I am not a connoisseur of burgers, but I have to mention the one that I had last night. It was at the Purple Parrot restaurant in the Atlantis Casino in Reno, Nevada. I ordered it with cheddar cheese and it comes with fries. I ordered it medium rare. Usually, I order medium, because Im afraid that it will be too rare. This 12 oz. patty was done perfectly and very juicy. The seeded bun was soft and the fries were excellent. I declined the lettuce, onion, and tomato. Reno has some good burgers; the Awful Awful and Juicy's are two that I have tried. Both good, but neither came close to this one. Other than the pizza burger at Don's Drive In in Livingston, New Jersey in the 1960s, I think that this was the best burger that I can remember. If you are in Reno, I would strongly suggest giving it a try.
