Restaurant Business Plan

Have been planning and working towards opening a restaurant. My partner will be an owner operator and I am an investor although the majority stake will be mine. So far all our projections etc have been only in Excel Spreadsheets and distributed word documents. Need to put together a complete business plan to move forward. I have looked at the following sites for purchasing sample business plans and guidance.

Anybody have any other suggestions reg BPs or any good sites where I can purchase a sample and working spreadsheets?

http://virtualrestaurant.com/ (price per spreadsheet or package)
http://www.restaurantowner.com/ (with one time membership)
http://www.restaurantbizplans.com/
http://www.restaurantbusinessplan.com/

Thanks

Dave.

they all look good, but none of them are complete, and you will still have a good bit of work ahead of you, as you should. my two cents, you should add a corporate name to the list. this will protect you personally, should something go wrong. i was reading on one of those sites where cr-applebees is experiencing a downward trend... who didnt guess that???
anyway, i dont your complete goal, but you can make it real easy, by coming to savannah, and buying this great little place....yea its mine.

SBA is a good source as well as:
    Your local community college.
    Your county may offer assistance.
    Chamber of commerce.

Check with the National Restaurant Assn. www.restaurant.org and go to the NRA Show in Chicago in May. They will have over 60 educational sessions plus every vendor and product in the world. I'm sure there will be a bunch of consultants there who specialize in developing business plans.the NRA has a ton of info on the subject

    Bassrocker.
I know you have been trying to sell.
Why are you trying to get out of the biz..If you want to reply confidentially, please email me.
    Just curious.
Anytime someone mentions going to Savannah, I always try to point them your way, and I know another RF member does also.
Just trying to give another RF member some biz.
