kmh2170, yes, my restaurant is in need of a complete makeover, I have a bunch of them all over the Country, we sell crappy BBQ, pretty much everyone hates it...HELP!

AMEN! to that! He may have won some trophys as a pitmaster, but something sure got lost in the transformation to a chain!

 
There is a HUGE difference from competition que and restaurant que.  Usually the two dont mix well.

Cajunking, you are sooo right. Case in point is Yubon's in Yazoo City, MS. He has shelves full of trophies, but the barbeque at the restaurant is horrid.

This city welcomes people with love and fun and if you really want to enjoy your vacation then this place is the best choice for your holiday. Not only you can enjoy the food and scenario but also many sportive games like Bowling in San Diego.
