Restaurants by Cuisine for 2005 Book

Is it possible to get a list of the restaurants included in the latest Roadfood book (2005) indexed by cuisine? The book is great, but sometimes I would like to see the "Ice Cream" places for example. Sometimes it's not evident which category the restaurant is in by looking at the list or maps.
