Rhode Island Hot Dogs

You'll start laughing when you read this...
When I was in Rhode Island YEARS ago, my church group went to a place that served Hot Weiners.
They were like chili dogs but not quite. The dogs seemed to have celery kind of sauce with meat on them.
Did I just dream it up? Am I just dreaming about hot weiners? Stop laughing!
