Ribs R Us

My wife took me out to dinner for my birthday last night and I chose Ribs R Us in northern Raleigh NC. We lovd their original location in the Clayton / Garner area and this is a new spot for them as they try to branch out.

First off the food is great and plentiful. My wife had a baby back plate with 2 sides and I had the combo, 2 huge beef ribs, meaty, and baby backs. One of sides was something new to me... it was mac & cheese cut into weges, breaded and frid. Not bad, but not something I would have to have everyday. Also, no hushpuppies or cornbread, but home, small, dense wheat rools... very good.

2 dinners, 2 drinks, plus a rack to go was only $34.91, not bad for us... plus we had leftovers from dinner too boot. Very good food.

Sad to say their Raleigh location has closed. Damn they were good ribs.
