Wow, that looks incredible. I'm sitting here at work in the middle of the night craving ribs now.

That looks great, how did you do the ribs? The onion rings look like they came from a deep fryer, I've threatened to get one for years but my wife keps saving me from myself.

The ribs are out of my cookshack smoker. I rub them with some rib rub and mustard, put them in the smoker at 225 when I run home for lunch. At 5:30 I mop and foil them, they go back in for another hour for fall off the bone, ½ hour if you want some chew. I was impressed with these as the bones slid out nice and clean, but the meat still had a good texture, great rack of ribs.

The onion rings are just the frozen variety, but a good brand. Some guy comes around with a freezer truck; I think he gets overstock from restaurant supply companies or something. I bought some pepper coated French fries from him that are fantastic. They are deep fried John, I have the rotofry and love it, buy her one for Christmas!

Probably not the most nutritional meal boogie woogie, and I washed it down with Canadian Club and soda water! But it’s been turkey sandwiches with mustard on 8 grain bread and an apple for a snack every day at noon this week, actually not a bad lunch. So we can splurge some at night!

Great looking dinner. Beats the bowl of popcorn I had last night.
