Paul-----I like a bunch of them too---imagine how much at risk you are making a spinach salad with hard boiled eggs.  Or, a Caesar salad with romaine and an egg,
raw or otherwise------but, since I have been doing it for almost 60 years I will continue.  How about you will you change your diet ????

I would never buy any vegitable if I knew it was grown in Mexico, way too risky, the egg thing doesn't bother me, ever the raw ones for the Ceasar.
