Road Trip Texas-NoDak via Rt 281

 I'm off on a road trip (14 May)from Brownsville TX to the International Peace Garden in North Dakota. Should be a fun trip! I've been across the USA E/W a couple of times but NEVER south to north. Looking for some good "Road Food" on highway 281. Will let everyone know when I return on the 21st of May Take Care & Stay Happy
