Root Beer Barrel in Arcadia, California

Neear the Arbouretum in Arcadia/Monrovia, CA..there was a little drive inn shaped like a BIG Root Beer Barrel..it served Buckeye Rootbeer in frozen mugs, and had AWESOME hot dogs..you sat outside on stoold all around it.
What was the name of that place?
