Tried 3 cinci recipes. Ordered and tried Hot Dog Charlies for the heck of it. Discouraged but still on the lookout.

"a must try" is an understatement.
8 different signature dogs come in 2 sizes.
definitely one of the best in the state.
Put aside your local biases, drive to Hartford, and eat some great dogs.
......and don't forget the Belgian Fries !
