Rosie's Den, on HWY 93 North, Arizona (Outside Las Vegas) has pancakes the size of frisbees, and they are cooked dark. My friend and I shared one pancake, three eggs, a huge pot of coffee, and paid under 5 bux total for both of us. The Atmosphere at Rosie's is rustic, and authentic. They do allow smoking, but, even I put up with it to have one of the famous pancakes. Oh, and the fact it seems caught in a time warp helps, too. Used to be most restaurants were the mom and pop types. I never go to fast food spots.
