Round Table Pizza Bolts from Idaho Sat, 06/28/08 11:03 PM (permalink)
Another one of those steal-away-in the night jobs. Round Table Pizza closed all seven of their Boise area restaurants at close of business Wednesday, June 25th. The last of their Idaho restaurants. I guess the Internet illiterates thought the patrons in their remaining areas of AK, AZ, CA, HI, NV, OR and WA wouldn't find out about it.

KBCI's video of June 26th shows a sign truck in front of one Round Table Pizza, with the sign already removed. Carefully planned departure.

Before going to your local Round Table Pizza in AK, AZ, CA, HI, OR, or WA give them a call to see if they are still open.

Buy their gift cards at your own risk. Are the folks in Idaho going to travel to AZ to redeem them?

This is a pattern with them. A company owned location closed in California in 2001 the same way.
The newspaper later reported that the property was sold earlier and their lease was not renewed.
It was torn down and replaced with a bank.

But they knew well ahead of time which makes them a company I will not patronize.

I have found when you give proper notice, even employees who find jobs will stick with you till the end and their new employers respect that and everyone benefits and looks good too.

Why would anyone go to Round Table in the first place? It's absolutely terrible.

Walk in and ask them. This thread is about restaurant business, not taste preferences.

And what did your input have to do with the restaurant business?
