Ruby Tuesday's Apple Salad

All our Ruby Tuesdays here in KC have changed their salad bar and gotten rid of two favorites. One was their potato salad that had dill in it and an apple salad that was delicious. Does anyone out there have the recipe or know what I am talking about? Any ex-cooks from Ruby Tuesdays?? PLEASE help!
