And as for the minis...
We cannot cook them to order due to their size. Our cooks can cook any other burger as rare as your state permits.

Notwithstanding this post, the mini burgers ARE pre-made and frozen. Had some this weekend, along w/ the salad bar, and they were definitely not freshly patted at the grill.
