Rural Retreat Virginia

I'll be in this town Friday night for a bluegrass show at the Back in Time Diner. Has anyone eaten there and if so how was it? Thx

Well since no one has replied I will report on my meal here this past Friday night. I had the BBQ pork ribs with fried taters and onions and green beans. Washed it down with a large fresh lemonade. Everything was home cooked and delicious. I ordered a piece of cherry pie w/ ice cream for dessert. The pie was good but a little on the small portion size. The bluegrass, which they have every Friday night from 7-9pm was awesome and everyone had a great time. If you're ever in the Wytheville Virginia area just take I-81 south towards Bristol for 10 miles and get off at exit 60. Make a left, go to the first light and make a left on RT. 11. Back In Time diner is on the left about 100 ft. Nice folks and great roadfood!

    I'm a ketchup fanatic with fried taters..lol.
