    Thre's a slight problem with the story. She did win, but she was named the newest winner, not an Iron Chef.

      San Franciscans are naming her an Iron Chef. Do they cheer for their chefs like this in any other town in the US?

      Oh, OK. I'll answer my own question: New Orleans. Anywhere else?

        They do not need to do so. Their chefs are not as needy.

          Aw, Michael. You won't find enough decent grapes outside of NoCal to spare so many sour ones.
