I like the pomegranate seed idea, but what do you do with the hard seeds in the middle? Are you supposed to swallow them? That problem is why I don't eat pomegranates, even though I love the taste.

You eat them!!! You cut it in quarters, soak the quarters in cold water so the fruit gives up the seeds (half an hour to 45 min) then you rip off the skin & white part with your fingers, leaving the seeds behind. The seeds go nice in fruit salad, too.

We just discovered that Sam's has pomegranate seeds! The package holds the equivalent of 3 whole pomegranates and saves my kitchen from looking like a slaughterhouse when my partner is cutting them up and seeding them! I'm still finding pomegranate "blood" drops after this past Sunday's latest slaughter.

Semi-crisp bacon, chopped...but bigger than Bacon-Bits. Sliced pepperoni, chopped like the bacon The marinated artichoke chunks (gallon jugs available at Costco) Dried Cranberries, Raisins, and cherries Sunflower kernels Pepperocini (sp?) rings French Onion Crispies (Canned) Chopped Pecans Lots of Sweet red Onion- chopped Kidney beans (cooked, but cold) Manderin Oranges Lots of mushrooms Probably a bunch of other things I may spot in the refrig. when looking to put one of these together.
