Help me out sausage peoples. I had an aunt who used to go up to Wisconsin a lot and come back with a summer sausage type log. Only the meat was not held together liek a summer sausage - softer. I'd like to say it was Hungarian and was red enough from paprika, but for the life of me I can ask for it as I have no name and I have not seen anything that looks like it.
