We will be in Sanford Florida the night before our trip north on the Amtrak Auto Train.
Can anyone suggest any recommendations for roadfood in the local Sanford area?
We do not want to go to the Orlando Area

Very good Q right off i4 in Lake Mary. http://www.kellersbbq.com/ It is located in the shopping center(forgot the anchor store).
