What a beautiful looking meal! If I may ask, what seasonings do you use for your mushrooms?

Top shelf Bob, a five star meal in my book. I stopped by there yesterday, they also had Choice NY Strips for $5.87 and Beef Tenderloin for $8.88 - What a deal.

Thanks everybody. 3rd turn peg finally figured out how to post pictures. For the mushrooms I use butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, s&p, oregano, parsley, worchestershire sauce, red cooking wine,& a little bit of Bud. sorry to hear that Joe, drink some Jack Daniels, brush off the grill & get to cooking. that worked for me when I lived up north.

Great post. I have a question for you guys. In the past month I have bought sirloins on sale at Publix and just yesterday, ribeyes on sale at Wynne Dixie. The steaks were cooked to a perfect medium rare BUT niether had any flavor or taste. Any advice or input would be helpful. I'd rather pay full price and enjoy a great steak rather than buying a great looking steak that has no flavor. Your insights appreciated.

Thats great Bob! I like the use of the sizzling plates. Here's the strange thing though. The Corelle Ware that you used, I have the same set as well. You and John A and I must all shop in the same place.
