Saturday of Labor Day Weekend 2010

My son requested beef ribs for dinner and I decided to throw in a few pork chops for good measure! A nice rack.  Some not very short chuck short ribs.  Pork chops.  Everything came out great!   Some local corn.  And broccoli.  Happy Labor Day!
