Saturday's Dinner-Steak

SKbob's recent Steak post inspired me! Here's last nights dinner. Two T-bones, a rib steak and two filet mignons.     Bernaise Sauce with Tarragan and Chives from my garden.  Steamed baby peas.  Oven roasted potatoes with more herbs from my garden.

Gorgeous! In NJ you have herbs in your garden already? In April???? I'm jealous! One of my favorite things about summer is herbs from my garden.

Yes, I can't believe how well most of my herbs came back from last year. I had to replace my rosemary, parsley and basil but the rest are back and beautiful!

I always enjoy your posts and pics about your grilling - this time you've blown it away -
The steaks look great - but your sides make it come together - the Bernaise with herbs is fantastic and the peas and potatoes are perfect... please keep it up!
