Sauce Makers

I own a small chain of restaurants in the southeast, and would like to expand my business. Does anyone know a company that mixes, packages, and distributes custom sauces? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I get my BBQ sauce from a small manufactorer in North Florida. They produce an excellent mustard and red sauce. Here is the Email address:

How about a little more information please jot. Do you have your own recipes you wish to have bottled? Are you looking for someone else's private label sauces? I'm in the sauce business, but I'm having a hard time understanding what it is you're after. A little clarification and I might be able to help you out significantly.

Sorry if my last post wasn't clear. I am starting to franchise out and would like to have a company make our sauces, with our own recipes. The company would make, package, and distribute our sauces to the restaurants in the chain. Thanks.

So Buddy tell us more about your business. What are the general costs involved? How many cases have to be ordered? Do you design-Print labels? What sauces have you done in the past? Come on share the whole sales pitch I’m interested. Or if that’s against the rules email me.

Sorry for the neglect on this thread guys. I've been traveling extensively over the last few weeks (check out the "Roadhouse Bar-B-Que Sauce Summer 2006 Tour" thread in Miscellaneous-Food Related). In fact I just walked into the office after a hard days work in Milwaukee. Frankly, I'm bushed. jot15, I can help you with a co-packer to handle your sauces. Dr. of BBQ, I will happily give more information about my business at a time when I am not ready to pass out from exhaustion. I'll get back to you guys next week with answers.

    G'night,

    Buddy

    jot15 and Dr of BBQ,

I have sent you both personal emails in response to your queries. As I have not received any response from either of you, I am concerned that the emails did not get through. Please confirm that you got my responses and let me know whether or not they addressed your questions.

    Buddy,
I did reply to your email. In fact I replied just a couple hours after I received it. Did you get my email since you posted here in the sauce forum?

PS My question concerned finding a company that would bottle a sauce for my company using my recipe.

I did not recieve that reply. Not only that, when I just tried to email you using the address provided in the posting above, the message was rejected.
