My garlic, jalapeno sausage in a marinara soup with melted swiss under melted provalone, you want a bowl?

    add swiss cheese under provalone cheese, under the broiler till a little brown...in this soup I use a sausage specially made for me, you cannot buy it anywhere, however a quality spicy sausage will do nicely, like a good lamb sausage.

    No rice or orzo, probably some parmesean or a little of the swiss or provalone we melt on it.
