Does anyone know anything about http://www.continentalsausage.com/Home.htm?

Are there any other recommendations?

Rick, it's mentioned often, and I can wholeheartedly recommend Usinger's. I order in sausages two or three times a year. The prices are good, and the product is stellar.

Rick, visit the Sheboygan Bratwurst Company at www.bratwurst.net/aboutus.html Sheboygan, Wisconsin is the brat capital of the world! You can even order fresh brat rolls from SBC. It doesn't get any better than this, unless you have the Happy Schnapps Combo come to your house and do some shots with you.http://my.execpc.com/~sjkrautk/schnapps.html

          Rick,

I have had FABULOUS sausages from the following:

          www.stoysich.com in Omaha Nebraska and.......
          www.zingermans.com in Ann Arbor Michigan

I personally own sausages from both places and they are tucked away in the freezer with the Nack-O-Tish meat pies that we are judiciously doling out!!

Lovely, folks! Just the kind of info I sought. I've gotten bread from Zingerman's, but haven't tried their sausages.

Ive eaten ALOT of italian sausage in my time but none like the ones i found here in Okla at Loveras---they make a Northern Italian style one---more "earthy" then "Spicey" and they add a twist ive never seen anywhere but Ok---they smoke them---Whatbbged italiansausage---yep-- and theyre GOOD. they can also be shipped and keep really well and comme in nice size coils that will feed two well.i HIGHLY reccomend them--- www.iloveitalian.com
