Saveur magazine The Burger Bible issue

Saveur magazine has an issue they call "The Burger Bible" . Covers best cheese, toppings and buns plus best cooking methods. For roadfooders they have "26 Great Hamburger Joints". Have not read it yet, saving it for Friday evening.

Excellent issue - Texas Monthly also had a cover story on Texas hamurgers and hamburger joints last month that was great.

I liked the issue, too, though it would be great if they had also included a simple list of featured restaurants for easy reference. (Or perhaps I missed such a list? I looked several times for one!)
