Scheduling Application - Feedback requested

Hi - I've recently developed a labor scheduling application called Schedappy (schedappy.com) It's in use at about 20 locations and I'm starting to market this application more broadly. I would be very interested in hearing your thoughts on the market and my application specifically. I promise not to use any information you share here to contact you about purchasing my system...that's not what I'm after. I'm just trying to get your thoughts on where I fit in the market and any things I've missed in my prior research and conversations. - What scheduling system do you use (if any and if you're comfortable saying)? How long have you been using it?
- What features of your scheduling system do you find absolutely essential? What features does your system have that don't work properly or just get in the way of what you need to do?
- If you don't use an online scheduling system, why not?
- How much does your system cost?
- After spending a few minutes on my site and looking at the demo (login info below), what do you think? What am I missing? Is it easy to use? What would you change?
I really appreciate any help you can provide. And I really do promise not to contact you...if you want to learn more about it, you can just email me from the forum or sign up for a trial account. Thank you! Tom Rupsis schedappy.com Demo site login: URL: demo2.schedappy.com Email: mgr1 @ schedappy.com Password: demo

I find it's much easier if you also have a version laid out calendarwise showing each day and listing everyone for that day. Also, under the waiters I would list the table #'s they are responsible for since that sometimes changes.

Thanks for the feedback! I have never run across the idea of assigning tables during the scheduling process. I currently let schedulers add notes to each scheduled shift. Does that sound like what you find helpful?
