Seafood Spot in Baltimore?

Friend and I are planning to grab some seafood for dinner tomorrow night here in Baltimore and I was looking for a recommendation or two. Not interested in driving down to G&M where we did Crab-stock but would rather stick close to the Towson/Hopkins/Hampden area if anybody has any suggestions. Nothing upscale. Thanks!

Also planning on stopping in Baltimore this month. Last year we tried the crackpot restaurant in towson. It's pretty good and they have a one pound crab cake that's not bad.

How about Bo Brooks in the Canton Section of Baltimore. Their crab soup was fantastic and their crab cake wasn't bad either. Free parking is available.

I looked at their site and wondered if it wasn't too touristy. I'll definitely give it a second look based on your input.

I'll definitely give it a second look based on your input. It's outside of the Inner Harbor area and Fells Point. It might be a place where locals take out of towners however it was still good and was definetely the best Maryland Crab Soup I've ever had.

They have a mix of Italian standards and seafood. Their crabcake is good (I used to think they were the best until I had G&M). Here is their menu online: http://www.crabcake.com/restaurantmenu.php It is also quite near a wonderful bunch of other Roadfody establishments: a great German deli (Mueller's), the Fenwick Bakery, and an absolutely wondeful Italian deli (Mastellone's). We always go a little bit early to stop in there and check out their wine selection--someone there really knows their stuff. Also nearby is Dead Freddies (made famous in the TV show "Homicide") if you and your friend want a night cap.

I picked up Christmas cookies at Fenwick and we bowled the day away at Parkville Lanes on New Years. This one's starting to look like a winner to me.

I forget if it's called the Kensington or the Lexington market, but inside is a very casual place that has the best crab cakes I've tasted. If you go, make sure you splurge for their top-of-the-line lump crabcakes. Wow! P.S. My office mate assures me it is the Lexington Market. Probably only open for lunch.

I think it's only open for lunch and on the weekends. Gonna check that one out though.
