Seafood threads gone

Is there a reason that several of the seafood threads cannot be accessed? When I clikc the threads with the author listed as "n/a", I am taken directly to the forums listing. What gives?

That usually happens if the thread was started by someone who was banned from the forum. The thread names still show up in the list, but the thread itself has disappeared, together with any posts they did on any threads that were started by someone else. You will only find evidence that they were ever here if their post was quoted.

I believe it only happens if the former member was the person who started the thread. In this case a former member had started several 'trolling' threads in that forum. Even though they may have contained good posts later in their life they disappeared when the former member departed.

If you get scared off I think your threads will stay, unless those aliens get them. Joe

The problem is overharvest. Thanks to modern technology and a voracious demand, seafood threads are disappearing -- not just here, but all over the world. Save seafood. Win big prizes.
