Seasoning Spice Mix

There is a local sub shop that has simply the best chickensteak subs anywhere... I'd like to duplicate at home. They closely guard their "secret spice" - all i can tell is it has tiny little carrot bits and oregano in it. I'm sure it's bought from Sysco as a big shaker mix. Any idea of what ingredients might be in that mix? I'm not from Chicago so I'm not familar with celery salt, do they make something like that with carrots in it? I'm wondering if it's maybe as something as crazy as a soup starter mix or something. The carrot bits are super tiny the size of coarse ground pepper.

Thank you! I'm sure that it's just original Mrs. Dash now, I knew it had to be something readily available! I'll give it a try.

I highly recommend the Lankford-SYSCO Cash & Carry on the main drag in Pocomoke City, Maryland. They sell many of the SYSCO catalog items in single units. You might well find what your sub shop is using in that SYSCO.
