Seattle Washington restaraunt on DDD help please

I heard about a place in Seattle that serves all their food on Biscuits. From what I understand the owners are some guys from the South who opened this place up when they couldn't find any decent biscuits in Seattle.
If anyone here knows the name I would appreciate it.

I believe you must be correct. The poster said Seattle and South, and the only one I found in Washington connected with the South is the one in Tacoma.

That's the one. I know about the list you can look through and after about 4-6 times I started thinking I might have the wrong city. Thanks for finding it for me. Although it won't be on our list for this weekend in Seattle,  Portland State is in our Conference.  We will get to eat there when we, University of Montana, play them this fall in football.
