Seeking advices from restaurant owners

If you are or know a restaurant owner, I really need your help!
I'm an entrepreneur who lives in Austin, TX, and I'm working on developing an online business that will help restaurants market to customers. I believe I can do a much better job than Groupon and Restaurant.com on behalf of the owners. I would love to get your opinions and advices on the validity and development of this idea.
