ok here's what i did
customer did not like the taste of his baby back ribs which he had with a an old burgandy wine (darn i wonder why??!!) we comped him for the pork and he left somewhat happy but wanted to "further discuss it the following week"
following week arrived and here is what i did (and this will explain why my wife doesn't like me to get into the "front of the house"
1- advised him that his food could not be placed into his brought from home containers.
2- advised him that under no circumstances could i serve him in good faith
3- advised him that under florida law i DID NOT HAVE TO SERVE HIM!!
4- AND I DIDN'T SERVE HIM!!!!!
and that was my fun day at camp
