Turns out I was a jerk. They were willing to give MUCH more for the meat. Live and learn.

ok here's what i did customer did not like the taste of his baby back ribs which he had with a an old burgandy wine (darn i wonder why??!!) we comped him for the pork and he left somewhat happy but wanted to "further discuss it the following week" following week arrived and here is what i did (and this will explain why my wife doesn't like me to get into the "front of the house" 1- advised him that his food could not be placed into his brought from home containers. 2- advised him that under no circumstances could i serve him in good faith 3- advised him that under florida law i DID NOT HAVE TO SERVE HIM!! 4- AND I DIDN'T SERVE HIM!!!!! and that was my fun day at camp jack

How old?, ---taste like vinegar old?

roo, nope we don't!!! he took them home and then drank his own vinegar!!!!! no way no how am i gonna get involved in booze sales!!!! the cost is too high and the insurance will kill me!!!!! plus i just plain don't like drunks!!!!!! jack
