Service at O'Rourke's in Connecticut

We went to O'Rourke's in Middletown, Conn. for brunch last week, our first time there in three years, and I was not happy with the service. The waiter was unfriendly and screwed up our order royally. We had to ask several times for a coffee refill (and it wasn't crowded there at the time).
Maybe we just caught them on a bad day, but it's something to monitor.
The food was OK, but I'm not an omelet guy and that seems to be the thing to have. Pancakes were just so-so. My wife loved her omelet, even though she wasn't served the one she ordered.
