Service for securing Licences & Permits?

Wondering if anyone out here has used a service which you pay and they go about securing all the permits and licences one needs in order to legally operate your business? I came across a service which says they provide this service and will secure all your licences and permits from the state, county, and city levels which are applicable to your specific location. Seems like a worthwhile service which would save me a lot of headaches and individual phone calls to get each and every licence and permit I need to operate my Italian Ice business. You will be throwing good money away. There is just too much at issue with the health department and other entities. No amount of promises from a third-party will keep you from needing to do the paperwork, inspections and licensing required to go into a food business.

Go to American Dream hot dog carts. They will do all the paperwork for you. It is worth it because there is too much hastle. I'm a hot dog vendor, not a sketch artist.
