Has anyone set there cart up at a public beach access? Wondering if this is possible.

I'm sure it's possible in certain locales. That's something you'd have to check locally. I'm sure that if street vending is permitted in the area, you could at least arrange to set up on private property near or adjacent to the public access.

We vacation in Florida every year. Interesting take on beach vending.... Our resort is considered private property along their section of beach.. Every day a pontoon boat sets up anchor just off the beach and sells hamburgers and hotdoggs. You have to wade out maybe 4 feet, but that is how they getaway with selling where they couldn't normally. Interesting to see the resorts food shack being ignored and everyone getting food off the boat.

Wow. That could be a tough permit to get.
