I live in Nashville and there are a lot of vienna beef hotdog joints. i thought of opening a cart with a new york hot dog. is this a good idea or should i do what people seem accustomed to?

Good question. I lived in Chicago for 40 years and never saw a New York cart or hot dog joint. Might depend on how many transplanted New Yorkers live in Nashville. Might be quite a chore to count them.
