The movement will tear it up, bouncing, (more than likly you will open the doors and find the sheet rock cracked and in pieces). Also with the trail outdoors you have a insulation/moisture problem. Eventually you will have moisture between the outer wall and the sheet rock with plenty of mold. Its also going to add allot of weight to the trailer. Look at the material that the commercial units use, they, probably have been down this road and experimented with various materials, along with jumping the health requirements. RJF

Stick to 18 gauge s/s/ panels...Never use sheetraock where you'll have grease, etc.

I'd use aluminum sheeting or fiberglass panels.

The countries best kitchen & Bathroom panels are made here in Springfield Illinois. They are manufactured by an old Springfield family and in fact the mother and father that started the business are now gone and the children now run the company. They are also manufacturing the liners that go into all the shipping containers (US Gov.) material we send for the military to the war zone. Buying their products here is much cheaper than from a supplier in what ever state your in.
