OMG........I was just at Smorgasbord in June and missed that! Would definitely try it!
We have also become partial to Portobello Mushroom burgers...we live next door to the mushroom capital of the world so we get nice big ones fresh. Sautee on the gill side in butter until some juice comes out, flip.sautee for another cple of mins, adding a helty dash of Garlic, Worcestershire, and balsamic vinegar ( I also add a slice of onion and some BBQ or hot sauce sometimes) Cover the pan and pop in a 350 oven for 15-20 mins to finish, adding cheese if you want for the last 2 mins.
Served on a toasted bun with home-made French fries
